After years of favoritism the media is so unsure of itself that they recklessly defend Hillary or at least tell the world to prove the allegations, which is the correct action but I wonder isn’t that exactly what the media use to do? Dig into an idea right or wrong and flesh that idea out with facts, until a window to the truth can be shown to the public. That is called real reporting and any reporter that is not doing that is not reporting the news anymore. Too many reporters are writing to fill a narrative either theirs or the network they work for and somewhere in the distance is the truth. For proof of this I give you Harry Reid, has anybody asked themselves how this evil man was able to change the direction of a national election by a simple accusation on the Senate floor, well because almost everybody reported the accusation as fact and nobody retracted when it was learned it was not, which is a real problem if you are trying to report the truth but not so much if what Harry said fits your narrative.
Now in fact I have no real idea if Hillary is guilty of any wrongdoing and due to my inability to get to the truth in this matter I must (like many other Americans) rely on the Media and the DOJ, both of which I trust about as much as I trust a rabid dog at a petting zoo. Why you might ask, well I would answer with Harry Reid again or the many Obama scandals that no one has found the truth of, in fact I have no real belief that either the media or the DOJ will do their job or even want to in this case. Which is a sad moment in American history because without a free press this nation lives at the mercy of the government which was never the intention and without an honest broker in the government that government turns to something other than a republic very quickly, in fact we as Americans need both the Departments of Government and the Media to be brokers of the truth and unfortunately at this moment neither is.
What does this mean for America, Simply we will cease to be the country we were intended to be without some changes and these changes must take place quickly and both inside and outside the government. The American people have already really spoken to the media through the ratings as we see CNN and MSNBC slowly fade into obscurity because they refuse to report honestly and smaller networks that question the government and those in power are start to get traction. Opinion people like myself offer insight but we are not the ones reporting facts and in fact we rely as much on those facts as the reporters to draw our conclusions. We the people must always do our homework and vote for the person who is best for the job not who has the most money or who represents the Party you have always voted for, honestly look at your own values and then look at the parties history and those in power today and make an informed decision. The time has past for us to stand by and wait for someone to get it right we must put into power those that we actually believe will get it right. Both parties right now do very little for the American public but divide them into categories they can try to manipulate, the only question left for us the American people is will we allow this to happen?
