First Whoopi loved you on Start Trek but as far as politics goes stop talking, will you please. You know as well as I do that Ted Cruz and Barrack Obama are natural born citizens and the argument is ludicrous for anyone with an IQ higher than a doorknob so please just stop it. Oh Mr. Schultz you go ahead we already know about your IQ.
Now I will say this much as a voter and I hope the media and all those special interests that will make the innumerable commercials that we all will have to endure, for the love of God talk about what your candidate has done or will do, we have had enough of the bashing. I probably will seriously think twice about voting for anyone who spends time bashing others, it is not Ok for our children and it is not OK for our politicians no matter how much they act like children.
If a candidate is being investigated, please simply report the facts and if you do not have any shut up, the American people are tired of the rhetoric and the supposition we are all capable of drawing conclusions for ourselves, hasn’t MSNBC ratings taught you anything, we do not want your opinion, we have one of our own and if we do we will tune into shows that show some forethought before giving them.
Please spend time equally on the candidates, for the media outlet that does will win the ratings war, the American people just want the information and the fact that you no longer provide solid facts to anything is exactly why nobody is watching or listening to you.
Last but not least, no one wants to hear about a minor indiscretion by a relative of a candidate from twenty years ago so please do not embarrass yourselves by reporting that uncle glover 20 years ago saw a pot plant but did not inhale. For that matter please do not report if an actual crime was committed and solved by the candidates fourth cousin two time removed, no one cares nor should they. It is the candidate we want to know about. A candidate smoking grass in college important, a candidate who comes in second in the world in debate, important, a candidates dog running away because it doesn’t like its water bowl, not so much. In other words ask yourself before you tell the public something you will regret, is this relevant, if not, do not say it.
In the end the American public wants the truth on all candidates, which forces all parties to run competent players for jobs that need competent people. When the media forgets this, the system fails and our system has been failing the American people for some time, maybe it is about time we try a different tack and just talk about facts for a change, what do you say?
