Now for the record there was some involvement in this process by Mr. Biden but the chairmanship he speaks of was held by Jesse Helm (R-N.C.) at the time. Bidenisms are running amok in our time. Such comments as ;

Ok now we all make mistakes but this is our Vice President, shouldn’t he have handlers telling him not to talk? After all if you have never opened a history book or learned English it may be a good idea not to use that type of information to sell ideas to the public.
Having said that over 50% of the population voted for this idiot in both of the last two elections, what does that say about the average US citizen. Can we be that naive or that plain idiotic to think that a person who says the things above has any real chance to fix the very real problems in our country or that people like Putin will take him seriously?
Speaking of Al Gore and the dumbest things said by a politician that is in charge of a nation here are a few Obamaisms for the history books.

8. "Let me be absolutely clear. Israel is a strong friend of Israel's. It will be a strong friend of Israel's under a McCain...administration. It will be a strong friend of Israel's under an Obama administration. So that policy is not going to change." --Amman, Jordan, July 22, 2008

I have added two so that the President felt Presidential. Is it any wonder that this country cannot get any respect from other nations, notice respect spelled correctly? As long as the citizens of this country keep elected politicians with an IQ the same as door knob we stand no chance in the court of foreign affairs.
I would like to point out that when a certain VP could not spell Potato correctly the media lost their minds reporting it, when the President can’t quote a song lyric they do not mention much of the spelling error. President Busch uses the word Strategery and the Press sells twice the copy but this president talks about our 57 states no one is there to ask him where he received his degree. I have heard people talk about this President as if he was so much smarter then the rest of us but if that were true wouldn’t it be easier to find intelligent things he has said and harder to find mistakes, as it stands I lost respect when he said he had been to 57 states after all we require 2nd graders to know there are 50.
